If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your item for a refund or store credit, excluding items listed under our return exceptions.

To start a return, email us at info@villa-saffia.com with your order number.

Return Policy:

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags attached.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at an additional cost.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Please include your packing slip with your return.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit.

Return Exceptions:

• Bedding and Bath products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless deemed faulty.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. 
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
• Refunds are for the item cost only. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

Received something damaged or faulty? Please email info@villa-saffia.com and we’ll be happy to help with an exchange or store credit.

Missing Packages: 

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you can’t find it, please email us with your order number and we’ll do our best to help. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

سياسة الاسترجاع

إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن طلبك، يمكنك استرجاع المنتج واسترداد المبلغ أو الحصول على رصيد للمتجر. لبدء طلب الاسترجاع، أرسل بريدًا إلى info@villa-saffia.com مع رقم طلبك.

شروط الاسترجاع:

• يجب طلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم أو مغسول ومعه البطاقات الأصلية.
• يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع.
• يرجى إرفاق فاتورة الطلب مع المنتج.
• تتم معالجة الاسترداد بعد استلام وفحص المنتج.
• المنتجات التي لا تستوفي الشروط سيتم إعادتها للعميل بتكلفة إضافية

المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع:

• منتجات المفروشات والحمام، إلا في حال وجود عيب.
• بطاقات الهدايا.
• المنتجات المخفضة (بيع نهائي).

المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة:
تواصل معنا عبر info@villa-saffia.com وسنساعدك في الاستبدال أو الحصول على رصيد للمتجر.

الطلبات المفقودة:
إذا ظهر أن الطلب تم تسليمه ولم تستلمه، تواصل معنا مع رقم الطلب وسنساعدك قدر الإمكان. لا نتحمل مسؤولية الطرود المفقودة أو المسروقة.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@villa-saffia.com

• If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it free of charge. Your refund will be issued within 7 working days.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may instead return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If an order is refused at delivery, the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs will not be refunded.

تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب

إذا كنت ترغب في تعديل أو إلغاء طلبك، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت عبر info@villa-saffia.com

• إذا لم تتم معالجة الطلب أو شحنه، يمكن إلغاؤه مجانًا، ويتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 أيام عمل.
• بعد معالجة الطلب أو شحنه، لا يمكن إلغاءه، و يمكنك استرجاع المنتج وفقاً لسياسة الاسترجاع مع العلم أن رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
• في حال رفض استلام الطلب، لن يتم استرداد رسوم الشحن الأصلية أو تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع.
